Payment Terms
To confirm your reservation we require the higher of a 25% deposit or $100 immediately. The payment of the balance is due 30 days in advance of checkin plus security deposit. If your reservation is within 30 days of the checkin date, then full payment of all rents, fees, taxes and deposits is due immediately.
