Taxes, Fees, Security Deposit

TAXES — 7 % Deschutes County and 1 % Oregon State Room Taxes required by law. Our permit is DCCA 947
HOT TUB FEE — $ 30 per stay, mandatory if equipped.
OPTIONAL INTERNET — $ 10 per stay unless advertised as free.
MULTIPLE UNIT DISCOUNT is available on the 1st unit rented, not all units
OVERHEAD FEE — $ 25 per stay for discounts of $100 or more.
MID-WEEK SPECIAL— Discount void if combined with Thursday or Friday or Saturday nights in one stay.
SECURITY DEPOSIT — $ 200 due 30 days before check in date. A damage and loss inspection fee of $ 15 will be deducted from the security deposit when it is refunded. An inspection is performed after each check out and before each check in to establish accountability for damage or loss. See our rental policies for a full description.
NOTE: Discounts cannot be combined. All quotes are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed by payment of reservation deposit. Advertised specials apply only to unconfirmed reservations.

Payment Terms

To confirm your reservation we require the higher of a 25% deposit or $100 immediately. The payment of the balance is due 30 days in advance of check in plus security deposit. If your reservation is within 30 days of the checkin date, then full payment of all rents, fees, taxes and deposits is due immediately. Discounts cannot be combined.
