Reservation Process

Congratulations! You have made the right decision. Here is how the reservation process works.

• Send us an email with the following information: Your name, telephone, number in party, check-in date, check-out date, guesthouse preference
• We will email you a detailed quotation and the rental policies
• After you accept the quotation in a reply email, please telephone us with your credit card information
• 25% is due immediately with the balance due 30 days before check in
• We will email your confirmation number and statement of account
• 32 days before check in, we will remind you about your balance due
• 30 days before check in, we will email you the physical address, the keyless lock code and recreational passes
• You should print all information out and take it with you
• Go directly to the guesthouse. No other steps required
• After you check out, our security inspection team will come through to clear your security deposit which will be refunded to your credit card account.
• Yes, we can help you if you encounter any problems while you are staying with us at the resort
